This is a working draft prepared before launch. It will be reviewed by counsel and replaced before accounts and payments open; the version you accept at registration is the one that applies.

The service

Machintech AI Cloud is provided by Machintech Intellicore Private Limited. It is in early access and released in phases; the website shows which capabilities are available and which are planned. Planned capabilities are not a commitment to a delivery date.

Accounts

Accounts open in Phase 2. You will be responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Plans and billing

Prices shown on the website are provisional until billing opens in Phase 3. Prices exclude GST. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Acceptable use

Send messages only to people who agreed to receive them, and honour opt-outs.
Follow the policies of the channels you connect, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger business policies.
Do not use agents to give regulated advice they are not authorised to give, or to deceive people about talking to an AI.

Third-party channels

Channels such as WhatsApp depend on approvals and policies from their providers. Machintech cannot guarantee a provider will approve an account, template or feature.
