Machintech Intellicore Private Limited ("Machintech") operates Machintech AI Cloud and this website. Contact: support@machintech.tech.

What this website collects today

Contact and demo requests: name, business name, email, optional phone, industry, team size, your message and preferred contact method, with the time you gave consent.
A one-way hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent with each request, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.
Your theme preference, stored in your own browser.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.

Why we use it

To answer your request and, where you agreed, to tell you about Machintech AI Cloud. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to support@machintech.tech.

Where it is stored

On servers in India operated for Machintech. Access is limited to staff who need it, and staff access is logged.

Customer workspaces

When the platform opens, businesses using Machintech AI Cloud control the data of their own customers; Machintech processes it on their behalf under the platform terms. This section will be expanded with the platform terms before accounts open.

Your rights

We are designing our processes around India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, including access, correction and erasure requests and breach notification. Write to support@machintech.tech to make a request.
